The value of a college education is priceless in today’s world. At Northwest State, you can earn that college degree at a significantly lower cost than you would pay at a four-year college or university. Also, keep in mind that 56% of students who apply are eligible to receive some form of financial aid to help them offset the cost of tuition.

| It Makes You Think! |
| Without the State`s support, tuition and fees would have to be almost twice the current rate of $136 per credit hour! The State of Ohio provides 48 percent of the college`s revenue through two state subsidies: the State Share of Instruction and Access Challenge. The rest of the college`s revenue comes primarily from student tuition and fees. |
