RecycleMania is a competition for college and university recycling programs to promote waste reduction activities on their campus. Over a 10-week period, schools report recycling and trash data which are then ranked according to which college achieves the highest recycling efficiency rate and least waste. RecycleMania starts February 1st and ends March 28th, do your best to help NSCC remain among the top recycling colleges !

How to Participate!

Simply drop off recyclabes at any of the labelled recycling bins or containers on campus. During the competition, however, you may not deposit any recyclable items from home in any of the bins inside the campus buildings. Home items are accepted at the recycling trailer in the parking lot.

Recycle the following on campus items: Plastic and Glass bottles, Aluminum Cans, Paper (any office paper, newspaper, or magazines), and Cardboard. Simply drop off these items at any of NSCC recycling bins or containers.
