Official academic transcripts are available to any student free of charge. All official transcripts are sent by First Class Mail unless you request that you, or someone you designate, will pick them up at the Registrar’s Office.
An unofficial transcript is available for you to view and print at any time via myNSCC. While this may serve certain purposes, you should be aware that this will not serve as an official transcript if one is required.
You can request an official academic transcript one of two ways:
On the web
Log into myNSCC. Once you have logged in, go to “Student and Financial Aid”, select “Student Record”, and select “Transcript Request.” After you submit the form, you will be able to log in at any time and track the progress of your transcript request. Please allow 4-5 business days to process your transcript request.
Submit a Written Request
For the Registrar’s Office to process your transcript request, you must submit a written request. This can be done by filling out the Transcript Request Form and turning it in to the Registrar’s Office in C102. You may also submit the request by mailing the signed form to
