
It is the philosophy of Northwest State Community College to promote the continuing education of employees. Full-time employees may be reimbursed for authorized education within the constraints of the Development Fund Policy and budget constraints.
Management’s decision to authorize development funds should be based on the determination that successful completion of the course will be beneficial to both the College and the employee in terms of increased knowledge, abilities, and skills. Examples of courses which are deemed to benefit both the College and the employee include:
